Part 3 in a 3 part series
on “Assessing Patterns of
Coercive Control in Abusive
Relationships”, this session
continues to offer
opportunities to engage in
skill building and practice
with the Northwest Network’s
assessment tool. Using
real-life examples,
role-play observation and
hands-on exercises,
participants will deepen
their understanding and
build capacity to conduct
assessments. This session
will also address the myriad
considerations for
implementation, including
documentation, intake policy
best practices and
organizational
considerations relevant for
programs who are interested
in increasing their
competency in serving LGBTQ
survivors and integrating a
broader practice of
assessment into their
service delivery.
